In honor of the memory of one of our all-time favorites, the beloved DeForest Kelley, we will have a unique on-stage presentation that offers some special video memories of the great performances (on screen and on our stages) that De gave us all! He was, simply the best!

An extra added special guest is the man who indeed is a Hollywood legend. Fans have voted him the best Trek villian ever, and he starred in (what we consider) the best Trek feature film to date. In his very first convention appearance ever, we are honored to welcome RICARDO MONTALBAN (Khan - Saturday) in person!

As many of you know we recently hired RICHARD ARNOLD, the world’s leading Star Trek expert and long-time right hand man to Gene Roddenberry, to join Creation full-time. One of Richard’s mandates is to bring guests to our conventions that have never been seen before. Here’s where the Star Trek stars really shine: a wild night of entertainment featuring some of our favorite performances doing what they do best: making our audiences happy! You’ll enjoy the songs and banter of many guest stars, but our headliner will be the one and only JAMES DARREN, Vic Fontaine of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and of course one of the country’s leading nightclub entertainers. James will close the show with a set of standards as only he can sing ‘em. Our opening performers include CHASE MASTERSON (Leeta), TIM RUSS (Tuvok), ROBERT DUNCAN McNEILL (Paris) and ROBERT PICARDO (Voyager’s Doctor), with others to be added. • The Ferengi Family Hour starring Cecily Adams (Moogie), Aron Eisenberg (Nog), Max Grodenchik (Rom), Chase Masterson (Leeta) and Lolita Fatjo. The First Family of Ferenginar in a musical romp through the Alpha Quadrant. Moogie and Nog join Rom and Leeta in songs and sketches written by Max and Lolita. With a special appearance by Rom’s first wife! (Separate admission not required)
• We are also in discussions with our friends at Paramount to bring many unique additions to this event that only they can offer. Announcements soon on this!
• And, we’ll be launching our 35^th Anniversary Collectibles at the convention (these will be officially licensed by Paramount: a very important part of the deal, needless to say)

AUTOGRAPHING AT GRAND SLAM

• The first group of guests will be signing row by row with gold and preferred seat holders going first. Usually these guests will sign for at least a couple of hours, but we do not guarantee autographs for any patrons for guests in this category. Guests who will signing row by row (so far) are:

• The second group of guests sign at their display tables. Usually they do not require you purchase an item to get their signature. The guest in this category at this time is MAJEL BARRETT RODDENBERRY who tentatively will be bringing her exclusive assortment of great merchandise from Star Trek and her two newer shows.
• The third category of guests are usually actors/actresses who have appeared as guest stars in various Trek incarnations, or are famous for roles in other genre productions. One of the most popular areas of the convention is our "Autograph Room" where you"ll find 40 or more stars at any given time to meet. These stars charge a nominal fee for their autograph and they have photos of their characters available too. For our Autographing Room this year we have tried to invite celebrities that, for the most part, have not been at prior Grand Slam events. Our intent is for you to meet new folks who were part of Star Trek and sci-fi media history. Here’s who is tentatively scheduled to participate:

CAROLYN SEYMOUR - Subcmdr. Taris in TNG’s Conspiracy, Mirasta Yale in First Contact, and Mrs. Templeton in Voyager (various episodes)

CELESE YARNELL - Yoeman Landon in classic episode The Apple

• The final category are guests that are signing very limited numbers of autographs for fans. There is a charge per autograph and you can bring whatever licensed item you have to get signed. You will have the in-person chance to meet these stars and get their autograph! These signings usually go fast so please order quickly as once they are sold out we can’t accomodate any more. Days of appearances are not yet set, although we do know at this time that Leonard Nimoy is tentatively coming on Friday. The other guests will appear on either Saturday or Sunday. You need to be present at the convention to get your signings. Please use the on-line secure order form, or call Leticia at (818) 409-0960 ext 225 weekdays 9:30 am to 3pm pacific time.

FRIDAY NIGHT "SPOCK VS. Q": Gold Seating ( a reserved seat in the front of the auditorium) is $45. If you purchase the Gold Seat you also can order a CD of the SPOCK vs. Q: THE SEQUEL hand signed, autographed on the cover by both Leonard and John for only $35 plus $3 shipping. (California and Texas residents will have applicable sales tax added to their CD order) You must place your order for the CD when you order your gold ticket. Gold tickets are available only through Creation. General Admission: $26.

SATURDAY NIGHT MUSICAL CABARET: Grab the great seats now for a night of galactic fun: GOLD SEATING, reserved in the front rows, is $41, available only through Creation. GENERAL Admission: $26.

For the 20^th Anniversary, thousands attended our event in Anaheim at the world famous Disneyland Hotel....

For the amazing 25^th Anniversary we sold out the famous Shrine Auditorium and reunited the entire original cast and honored the legendary Gene Roddenberry at his last convention appearance....

For the 30^th Anniversary we proudly worked with Paramount to provide an outrageous unprecedented weekend in Huntsville Alabama with cast members from each Star Trek incarnation. Now, for the unbelievable 35^th Anniversary Creation will deliver an event you are just going to have to be at....

Our presentation will star WILLIAM SHATNER, Captain Kirk!

Details will be forthcoming but reserve this weekend for Creation (and this event will also be part of Creation’s celebration of its 4^th decade of running conventions for fans!!!!) And also, as the Official Licensee of Paramount for all types of souvenir goods expect Creation to have tons of special exclusive merchandise honoring the 35^th Anniversary at our big bash and we’ll be pulling all sorts of strings to have wonderful unique presentations at the event as well!
